Chemist Warehouse Mildura DC

I've had exceptional customer service from the regular sales team. They would have received 5 ⭐'s, but I deducted a star because in the dispensary, I had an unfortunate experience with the pharmacist on duty. I must have annoyed them when I told them I was going to quickly check that all the item's were present and correct as per my preferred brands. Her response when I was finished and signed the prescriptions so she could get back to other duties was a little perplexing, she passed (threw) the items at me with such force they scattered all over the counter. Since that day I only go here for the fantastic prices on all the great products they sell, I don't get prescriptions filled here anymore. As I stated above the regular sales staff are brilliant and courteous every time I shop here. Chemist Warehouse truly can't be beaten on price in this rural location.

DISCRIMINATIONRefused entry to shop for goods because I have a medical condition. We have had 0 cases here for 6 months, everyone is healthy but you won't let us in with a lawful medical exemption! Shame on you!

Store gave own brand medicine which was not the same as brand medicine despite assuring us it was. Store is grotty and blares their own ads loudly in every aisle on TVs. Was a regular customer but not anymore.
