The young lad was very helpful. He bent over backwards to help me find a trailer tarp, even measuring up the trailer for the right size. I could tell he was proud of his customer service. Well done Mount Barker Mitre 10!

All the staff seem to be very friendly and helpful. Especially Sally from the garden section has helped me several times inthepast. Her horticultural knowledge is outstanding and she's always willing to order plants in. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the great prices. Become a club member and get 10% off. She was so helpful, informative, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with my gardening needs. Thank you so much Sally. This is a good store if you cant be bothered with the busyness and sometimes overwhelming atmosphere of other stores. Its well laid out with plenty of room for prams and wheelchairs in the aisles. Iv always been able to get a park each time and parking is close to the door. They have a really nice outdoor plants section. The staff are helpful and easy to find when u need them.

As a consumer I bought a product with a 10 year warranty stated on the box ,( had it for 2 years)at no time did any staff member state that Mitre 10 only has a 1 year warranty.The owner refused to refund or exchange it and blamed Chinese steel and being within 5km of the beach, but still selling the product.I had to contact the company myself.MIGHTY UNHELPFUL, MIGHTY UNPROFESSIONAL, MIGHTY DISAPPOINTED. Will not be returning to Mitre 10.

Another example of easy hardware and excellent gardening shopping with super helpful people that apparently have experience and know how when it comes to making the right choices for your jobs or garden.I was able to bring two wheel barrows and check for size and fit new wheels out in the carpark to make sure it all saved me going back and forth so that was excellent and I appreciated the effort to help get that sorted.

I think mitre 10 mt barker need to revisit their customer service training. We were there on Saturday buying a product for our outside drain. The product was called 'root killer'. Funny product name if you are still at high school. Absolutely disgusted by the comment made by the shop assistant to my husband when he paid for the product. The man serving him thought it was funny to make the statement do you know how to kill your roots? You marry them". Words fail me. Saying this
