Not professional, Really bad attitude, bad customerservice,100% dodgy, arrogant, Did not do what was said, All talk and no show. Would never recommend anyone. Stay out of this place!!cost too much but didn’t fixed properly, never again!!

Used Ace's 3 years ago with a 1999 VW transporter and not only did he get it running he also replaced many of the parts at cost price ...Now 3 years later i purchased 2003 ford focus and guess what same thing again great service great price and he will not rip you off ..Fixed the Gas tuned serviced and RWC done same day for half of the prices i was quoted at a ford Dealer and a mechanic up the road ....I have 20 mechanics around me to choose from but take my word for it this guy will not rip you off ...

Worst Experience.I asked them to change a sensor on my vehicle and do RWC called them throughout the day to monitor the car.After the whole day passed, nothing was done. To then pick up my car and charged $100 for a scan.After driving off 2 minutes I had lights turn on that their was no coolant. I pulled over to notice they had drained my coolant. (I just purchased the car from a dealership and we did checks showing there was coolant in there 2 days ago.)SCAM!I feel ripped off because I was a female and when I came to collect the car with a male family member they were rude and abusive after questioning what they did with the car and why they are charging a high price for a scan and why nothing was done with no communication.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! So unprofessional, didn't give me a price before conducting my road worthy that only took him 45 minutes? Was meant to change fuel filter and adjust handbrake as well and that's what I thought I was being charged $220 for! Not just a RWC, which being in the same industry I know takes at least half a day. On top of all of that, I didn't get a receipt or the list of repairs he made up while he wasn't giving my car the time it was supposed to receive. I went to someone who cares about their businesses reputation and they spent 6 hours on the inspection and gave me a very short list of repairs that were actually wrong with the vehicle and the RW inspection cost $150, which is the industry standard. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON DODGY MECHANICS LIKE THIS ONE.

Great job done by great people.. It was nice and quick service and honest and did the job well.. Good price as well.

The most arrogant uneducated stubborn person who call himself a mechanic. It took him 2 minutes to select the gear and eventually got the car going But with handbrake" ON. (that's just the beginning....Kept pointing things as problem that were brand new(proven by photos) to pretend he knows something but with a wrong person (I've been working with biggest Australian car insurers for several years and took my classic pride and joy for the rwc).Abdul keep his in mind that you can't push a freshly painted classic on panels that been gaped up with all those sweat and tears...That 100 dollars was for you to get your hands off my car and stop doing my head in. (That's a very long unpleasant experience though that I don't want to dig into)I read those positive feedbacks too but they might didn't have anything further than an oil change or they're your friends....Just to mention those putting their valuable time to read this that I got RWC cert the day after with lots of care

Poor customer service. He charged 400 bucks and did not provide a purchased bill of the changed part.
