The Pet Care Centre

All the crew are beyond awesome and genuinely love animals. They looked after my old, frail, deaf little buddy ‘Otto’...which would not have been easy. The crew understood his needs and kept him safe and very well cared for.Our big boof ‘Stormy' is in love with this place to the point that he never wants to come home (he ignores us for a week). We know it’s because he loves the crew, all the doggie play time and has a pool to swim in. This is the only place I would want my fur babies to go to, it’s super clean and really well run. Thanks for all that you do and Stormy is looking forward to seeing you all at Easter!

Unfortunately my boy caught Kennel cough and other infections while he was staying with the pet care centre which ended up costing me more than my actual holiday!! Expensive lesson learned

Fantastic Centre which we would definitely recommend. We have 2 dogs, Ruby and Sasha who have stayed at the Pet Care Centre a couple of times and we have always been happy with their care. Our Bull Terrier can be quite an anxious dog at times and they both do not socialise with other dogs outside our home environment but the Pet Care Centre always accommodates our needs, leaving us less anxious when they are dropped off. Doggy daycare is the highlight of our dogs week and he loves staying there while we are away - The staff are great!

To say our experience with this business was sub par is an understatement. I have two sibling blue staffies and we left them in this businesses care for 4 nights. When paid 560$ for that period of time. When we picked the dogs up, one of them was extremely skinny and they both stunk, they definitely had not had a bath. But the worst part about our experience was that they both got kennel cough quite severely. They are both vaccinated. It is not necessarily the fact that they got infected which has left me disgruntled, it is that none of the staff had the foresight to make us aware, not even when we picked them up… our dogs are still recovering with the assistance of medication. I felt a strong sense of lack of care or consideration. I can imagine running this type of business would be difficult, I hope they will see this feedback, learn from it and make the next persons experience better because I certainly will not be using them again.

Our two large boisterous pups had a doggy day care day while we went to Australia Zoo recently. We're fairly sure they enjoyed their stay as they practically pulled us inside two days later when we needed their services again! The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the facilities and services looked amazing. We'd recommend them for anyone who loves their pets and is in need of somewhere for them to be safe, happy and well cared for the day.

We have boarded our 2 year old Lab here several times, and recently our 2 cats. The staff are so accommodating and friendly and we're very confident leaving them here! He is always very sad to leave. Highly recommend!

Well laid out and a large area of kennel accommodation, priced in a few tiers to cater for a variety of animal sizes, requirements and temperaments. After a week, the staff knew the dogs names, habits and oddities. Highly recommended
