5 Star experience!! I rang and spoke to both Ian and Jimmy and discussed what we needed for our Patisserie business. They were super helpful in recommending what would work best for our products and quickly gave me a quote for the equipment and delivery. Well within 5 days our brand new commerical NovaChill 600L fridge arrived and was readily installed by them. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the fridge, and the fantastic price! Could not be more happy.Thanks Ian Boer and team for all your help.

We purchased a BRAND NEW display fridge through Ian Boer Refrigeration & Catering Equipment and it has been a nightmare ever since.We purchased ALL of our equipment through Silverchef finance (which has all been paid in full) yet Ian Boer will NOT help us either because the equipment was financed"I find this incredibly difficult to find reason with.... What's the difference buying a car under finance and having a warranty.... They sold us the unit

Very hard to contact. Not good service. Take a long time to get back to enquiry. The said they will hold the equipment until we get SilverChef finance approved but ended up sold the last unit to someone else without even saying sorry. Causing delay in the process of setting up our commercial kitchen. Very disappointing!
