Unfortunately we had to say our last goodbye to our beautiful Wubbzy and the staff were so understanding and caring towards us and our beautiful girl as she took her last breath. Very lovely staff and service indeed.

Although I had to wait for a bit, when Mark examined our girl I was very pleased with his attention, explanation of her problem and possible treatments. Tests were done and he called that evening to talk about the results. Very professional, helpful and caring.

My call was taken quickly, politely and with care.When I arrived I was greeted with care and understanding and my concerns were listened to straight away. My pet was treated with kindness and respect. They kept me updated on her condition throughout the day and reassured me, I could call later if anything was concerning me after we went back home.

Closed on Saturdays as they're short staffed. Open for emergencies only by phone appointment. Very nice vet, helpful and courteous.

We were camping along the Murray, enjoying the warm weather when things took a turn for the worse. Our 4 month old Jack Russell pup, Ruby ate a Claratyne D late one night, rang them up and Madi did everything she could to get her back on track during a late night visit. Thank you for saving our little poppet..

I was the only person in the waiting room got there at 2:05 for a 2:15 appointment. By 2:30 still waiting and no one had said anything to me. I thought my pet had suffered enough waiting so left. It was another 8 minutes before I got a call to say that they were almost ready for me. I won't be back and can't recommend them as service isn't good enough and concern for waiting patients nonexistent.
