To those coming from the recent Seek jobs posting to get an idea of what working at Funktionality is like. When I worked here there was a large angry Italian mad that constantly yelled at everyone and the owner asked me if I would also do their gardening because you didn’t have much work on. I quit soon after. They tried to get out of paying me for the work I had completed until the fair work ombudsman intervened. They have a long list of requirements for their job posting yet all they can offer in return is an abusive workplace and minimum wage
