Sadly I ended up cracking my Apple Watch screen 2 days after Christmas and was devastated! I wear and use my watch everyday! I did some research on where I could get it fixed and came across Innerbit. After reading previous reviews and all the positive feedback from others I decided to go ahead and contact them for a quote! I originally got a quote from Apple that was so expensive and Innerbit was much more reasonable! The whole process was such a smooth transition from the initial quote through to the actual fixing of the watch and receiving the watch back! Being from a different state to where these guys are based the instructions were clear on what to do when posting my watch and I can’t fault the service. My watch is now looking brand new! Fast service, consist updates throughout, very responsive and excellent communication. These guys saved me an expensive trip to Apple. Thanks again! I had a wonderful experience with Innerbit on the repair of my Apple Watch SE glass. My watch had deep scratches and Innerbit replaced the glass - it looks as good as new! I messaged Garrett from Innerbit on a Thursday about replacing a battery on my Apple Watch Series 3. He responded very quickly and gave me all the information I needed and instructions for posting the watch. I posted my watch Friday and it was returned to my front door by Tuesday. The whole time we were in contact via email or phone and he told me the watch was ready to be posted on the Monday and even gave me the tracking number. My watch is again like brand new thanks to Garrett. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and have recommended Innerbit to all my Friends and Family.

I reached out to Innerbit after hearing about their quick turnaround and quality service. After a few years, my laptop's battery would only hold a charge for about 20 minutes and some of my keys were sticking or unusable. Garrett at Innerbit replaced my keyboard and battery very quickly, letting me know the status every step of the way. He even updated my operating system (as I was 3 updates behind) and after seeing my torn power cord when I sent in my computer, asked if I wanted to order a new one :) No pushy tactics, just advice on ways I could get the most out of my computer. Everywhere else I got quotes from were not only more expensive, but longer wait times. Would highly recommend Innerbit and will use them for all my Apple needs.
