Rubbish food. Tried to buy a mcfeast for $5.95 but was told I needed a code from the app. I rang the manager they said that's not true but it's only for in-store customers not drive-thru customers. The ad on tv does not mention these restrictions. False advertising. My first thought upon getting the mcfeast was how small it was.

Only people in the place and they still rushed us in putting our order in. Kept asking if that was it. Got home and we were missing a quarter pound cause this staff member did not listen to our request. Not the first time this has happened at this outlet. They need to get lessons from the Dubbo outlets. Fellow serving us was too busy trying to get back to chat up the female staff. Very poor customer service.

Went to get a hot chocolate thru the drive through with my family on the way home and it was cold parked - walked back in - no one to serve as all self service - staff were too busy serving drive through could have riden a bike into the store and no one would have noticedTool ages probably 20 minutes to get attention and get order re done. Not sure i really want to go back again

McDonald's in Wellington NSW was/is absolutely disgraceful it was untidy to the point of being filthy,the windows looked like they had never been cleaned, the floors, tables, and chairs all needed a clean, the bathrooms were disgraceful, and the staff were unfriendly to the point of being rude. If I hadn't needed a break from driving so badly, I wouldn't have even had drank my coffee.

Dirty tables and rude service. I asked the manager could he gets the tables wiped down and he told me they were too busy for that. Six people in the place! Will go to KFC next time.

McDonald's at Wellington, NSW, is the worst McDonald's I have EVER been to. It took so long for our meals to be delivered to the table I had a chance to look around. The Cafe work station was a mess and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the bins were overflowing, and the toilets, don't get me started. They were dirty, and a cubicle door wouldn't even close. Went to wash my hands and the tap spun around it was that loose. If this was the last McDonald's on earth, I would never eat here again!!!

Always order sausage egg muffin and this one was like rubber if could, I really felt like going back and throwing it back, but of course I don't do stuff like that but very disappointed!

Been in Dubbo for weekend and dining in was accepted in all the pub, clubs & cafe's that we visited, ,get to McDs and only option to eat there was in carpark. Also restrooms locked off till later" @ 9am in the morning????"
