80 yo mothers satellite TV was inoperable, Graeme was there the afternoon of getting the call to locate the issue (the remote died). He then assisted my visually impaired mother in choosing the best solution for her disability, then went out of his way to get and set the new remote up for her ease of use so she could use (satellite TV, normal TV and DVD) with one remote. Mum was grateful for his patience as he helped her remember which buttons to use by touch (she is unable to see the small icons on the buttons). Cost was very reasonable and I recommend him to others based on his work and behavior.
