Do NOT purchase jewelry here. Bought a $700 pair of diamond earrings only to have BOTH backs BREAK, resulting in me losing 1 earring. Michael Hill offered me 2 new backs....What about my earring huh

After some initial struggles to get proper service due to lacking IT systems, they have been very accommodating to fulfill my needs and wishes (returns and adjustments), even though I had already bought the jewelry online. Especially Jorge went out of his way to provide first class service, even though there wasn't any profit to gain as the purchase was already done online. That is true customer service that can be hard to find nowadays.

Came here to look at rings.. Sales use pressure tactics to get you to make a decision on the spot to buy the rings. They also kept on selling the insurance package as well...From the product stance point, I felt the rings were not made well as the bands were way too thin and light. It makes you wonder how prone is it to breaking from everyday use.If you want a good quality piece of jewellery, do your research and go somewhere else.

Came into store today because I had purchased a ring online in a size that someone from another Michael hill said to order, however when it arrived it was HUGE. I went into store and was greeted by Naz who was a magnificent help in measuring properly and finding the correct size in store, which praise god was the last one there. I came in to buy a Mother’s Day gift and this wonderful blonde lady, Naz came and served me, she was very friendly, helpful and very patient with me. Unfortunately, this other grumpy lady came in with a frown on her face and told Naz to go in a very rude manner, she was highly unprofessional, and ask to serve me instead, I felt awkward and I left the store without getting the gift I wanted, because I didn’t want to deal with the grumpy lady because she looked very scary, and she had a very bad vibe.
