I had Julian come over to inspect the worthiness and safety of my car that hasn’t been on the toad for a few years.Julian arrived and immediately made me feel at ease with his sarcasm and humour about cars. He also had a few cancellations so he was able to fit me in on an earlier time slot which was very convenient for me.Julian was very thorough and checked everything that was required to pass my certificate.Julian provides excellent customer service with plenty of assurances in the questions I asked him about my vehicle and why he was particular about certain parts.I would recommend Julian in a heart beat! He is thorough, honest, kind and very down to earth!He is a great rep for the company. Keep up the safe work and all the best to the rest of the year #2020Thank you!!!
