The worst dealership, so arrogant. The little man serving has zero customer service, very abrupt. Wouldn't let me test drive the car. Went to the Mandurah dealership, service was spot on and drove away with a new vehicle. Funnily , the Mandurah branch said the Burswood dealership is there best client. Stay away!!

Wouldn't recommend this dealership.Dishonest! Fake promises, and poor after sales service!Purchased a vehicle off these guys and after having the vehicle for a couple of days notice the suspension has gave way and the power steering was making a sharp screeching noise on sharp turns. Brought the car in, to have it check was told that the suspension was not covered under warranty. They also told me that they have fixed the power steering issue. Left the workshop with nothing being done! Wasted my time and all the ups and downs.Their diagnose on the suspension issue was also incorrect. Glad I did not waste additional time arguing over it and had it done with the proper workshop. Power steering oil used was also incorrect.Would never recommend this dealer their workshop and what they would offer. STAY AWAY!!

Service ExcellenceLast Friday I was driving down the road and my oil pressure light came on. Autostrada (where I get the car serviced) was 5 minutes away.I called in and they immediately assisted by having a mechanic take a look. The oil pressure sensor was playing up so it needed to be booked in for some further work.I was extremely busy so Paul offered to lend me a vehicle. I had my eye on a 'top end' Mercedes but settled for a good quality late model 7 series BMW. They had no obligation to give me a loan vehicle.Just when I thought the service could not get any better, Paul (Service GM) offered to deliver my vehicle.Great service, fair value and excellent loan car.I'll be back.

Hi just some feed back on you questioning my one star rating for a start my tradein car was tested by your mechanic in your workshop don’t know anything about $1500 to make it road worthy?And the second matter I have had the car for over one yeah now and had it back to you with the digital clock not working time and time again now your service department have said it’s a software problem and promised to call me back every time and yet here I am one yeah down the track still not fixed I have move on to Another service department that I find great the problem fixed in one visit I will be avoiding your service department and there meaningless promises like the plague .Terry

I took my vehicle to Autostrada for servicing since new, this is a 200kms round trip and a day off of work is necessary . I booked the 15000kms service one month in advance and asked Autostrada to look into some delaminating on an internal switch for a warranty claim, a claim that can only be assessed with the vehicle at the service department. I also notified Autostrada a recall was required to replace a part as per the manufactures instructions, I also informed Autostrada that this recall would need doing at this service at 15000kms. Upon arrival at Autostrada I reminded the service personnel of this requirement as per my communications with them. The service department informed me that they were not even sure that they “had any left” the recall part. Considering this recall was a factory recall and I notified well in advance this was a surprise. On picking up my vehicle I was notified of the internal switch being assessed and that the part would be ordered as a warranted item. I assumed the recall item was done as there was no further mention of this from Autostrada and went on my way. Keep in mind I now have to wait until my next log book service 30000kms to get the switch replaced. I went to book my 30k service and enquired about my switch, Autostrada informed me they had none but were expecting some! I was surprised that Autostrada had not ordered the part after all it was 15000kms later! I decided that I would contact the manufacturer of the vehicle to see if any paperwork for the warranty was logged only to be told no and that I would have to take it in to a service centre for a warranty assessment. as this was so ridiculous i asked about the recall part, and you prob guessed it, nope the recall had not been done on my vehicle.I have now booked my vehicle into an alternative servicing centre and will need to go through a warranty assessment AGAIN. I will have done 45,000kms by the time this item is fixed. I no longer trust anything that Autostrada say they did, did they even change the oil, i cant say for sure they did. DO NOT TRUST the service department, they are utterly incompetent.Sorry one more item. Rude service personnel for the most part. There was one polite guy but the smaller main guy was just rude and arrogant. Never again.

Service booked two weeks ago, walked into service office no hello or good morning just a miserable look and some word mumbled. Was told 3 H9 booked in this morning who are you. You dum fool if you looked at the registration that would tell you who I was 33.333% chance of me being one of them. Fed up with carp service and bad attitude, it’s my money and I will not be spending it with this mob anymore. Was going to look at the sales side for a Ute but not anymore they can get stuffed. With the KM i do I’m in every two - three months, your loss not mine.

I went to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle.The sales process was good, honest and I ended up buying it the same day. Unfortunately after driving the car for a few days and filling up at the fuel station, I noticed that the fuel gauge wasn't working.I called the dealership and despite this issue not being a requirement under the standard dealer warranty for used cars, they offered to fix it for me.Overall, they offered a good sales process and the service received afterwards from Paul and the Team was great.I am happy I purchased from here and would recommend the dealership.
