Don’t be fooled by its dodgy looking entrance. Wai’s Kitchen is a local savoury that you can’t fault. The chicken with jellyfish dish is renowned to be very tasty.While its lunch exhibits are modest at best, its dinner menu offers so much variety that regular visits of locals with both oriental and caucasian backgrounds make it a full house almost every night, though seafood prices may at times be different from the one showing on the menu.Definitely give it a go!

Amazing authentic Hong Kong style cuisine at Pennant Hills. Every dish was well cooked & delicious. Please call them to book a table as they can be busy. Plenty of parking behind the restaurant where Coles supermarket is. We tried yummy crab with vermicelli XO sauce, Peking shredded beef with steamed rolls (fried version taste nice as well), fried sticky rice. It’s a family owned & run place, it gets very busy. Please be patient.

Delicious Chinese food in the hills! Kai lan beef is a standout and better than the other surrounding canto restaurants. Friendly service.

Good traditional Cantonese food. Service is good, although the kitchen can be a little slow when busy. Need to make reservations on most nights as it gets busy. Western menu is different from Chinese menu, so if you want to experience the really good dishes, take someone who knows Chinese!

We went there for dinner. The people working there were friendly and helpful. The portions were more than adequate and the quality of the ingredients were of very good quality. The only negative was that their special king prawn dish was over salted. Happy to go back and try something else.

What a delicious feast! Finally got to try Wai’s Kitchen after hearing so many good things about it - and it definitely did not disappoint. The crispy chicken was so tender and the tofu with prawn was amazing. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back and try out more of the menu.

Really authentic Chinese food. It's very tasty for kids. The crispy skin chicken, fried rice, dumplings soup. The seafood is always delicious.

Unbelievably slow. Food hadn’t arrived more than an hour after ordering.Food finally out after 1hr 20minsThe pork buns were still partially frozen when the arrived. The crispy chicken and fried rice and veggie omelette were dull and had little flavour.So if you enjoy waiting a long time to expensive food that is boring then this might be the place for you , if not then avoid.
