Amazing place to train

I highly recommended Airlocker concord. Tony and the entire team are so welcoming as i came in for my first session class called Pharaoh, I really like the variety of exercise machines and all the different exercise classes they offer. There is something for everyone. Awesome classes! I could not achieve myself without the motivation of great coaches and fellow classmates. The combination of having a video example and 2 coaches on the floor encouraging and correcting is perfect. Warm and supportive environment with wide range of abilities and age.

From day one I've been happy with @airlockertraining_concord.The friendly welcoming everytime you come in. The training environment and facilities are perfect for my usage.Regarding training sessions, I've been training for 4 weeks twice a week. I've gained 3g of lean muscle mass and dropped 2kg of overall body weight.Great place to trainHighly recommended
