Crystal Image Blinds

From first contact to install crystal image blinds were a dream to deal with! Unfortunately due to a down pipe, we couldn’t install ziptrak blinds but we are so happy with the alfresco crank blinds, they are super easy to operate and look clean and modern! Colour options were more extensive than other companies and pricing was incredibly competitive! Install was quick and easy and the guys talked me through everything! Will absolutely be using crystal image blinds in the future.

Very professional from site measure by Lachlan and installation by Ari and Alex, there was a slight problem that was sorted out by them and after installation I was very happy, however Ari wasn't and came back the next business day and put some extra cover on a small gap that was hardly noticeable, so it goes to show that he has pride in his work and I am very grateful for that.

Recently we had all new windows fitted to our house and were completely without window coverings. We shopped around for roller blinds but many companies were quoting 2-3 some even 4 months lead time, and we thought we can’t wait that long. Luckily our web search found us Crystal Image Blinds in Kilsyth, a company who manufacture locally.Two weeks after engaging with Crystal Blinds our house lot of blinds were being installed, this was absolutely exceptional customer service.Dealing with Crystal’s team was one of the most painless and pleasant interactions we’ve ever had with a supplier. From Jess in the front office, who is an absolute gem BTW, to Lachie who came out to measure & quote, plus also participated in the install, we just can’t recommend their entire team highly enough.

Can not fault these guys at all. The process from start to installation was great. Mark gave me a rough price when I was in the shop and came out to measure and bring out samples. They were ordered and installed within 4 weeks. Ended up needing an extra blind to match which they were able to do in just a few days.The office ladies are lovely and the installation guys we kind and super efficient!Best of all tbe blinds look great and do the job brilliant.Thanks

The first contact was with Kim and she could not have been more helpful and friendly.The installation date was booked and the installer Alex, was friendly and on time and our blinds were up and working within an hour.Alex explained everything and made sure I wad happy with the blinds and made sue there was no mess before he left.I called Kim that afternoon with a question about one of the blinds and she made sure I was 100% happy.Will definetely use Crystal Blinds for our next lot of renovations.Best prices and best service.
