Terrible service - the delivery driver drove past our apartment complex three times and didnt bother to stop, we are on the 3rd level and can see the road and the gate, then we got an email stating 'deliver failure - due to business closed and gates shut' the driver didnt even get out of the van to try the gate or use the intercom or leave a card. The email also stated that the delivery would be the next day - I waited in all day and no delivery. I contacted the customer service instant chat and they were so unhelpful, they terminated the 'chat' and then they deleted it?? The wanted me to stay in another day for the deliver, another day off work!! or leave it at my own risk and void the insurance, I have seen on TV how the delivery drivers throw the parcels around so not prepared to risk no insurance. Worst ever courier experience!!

Four parcels with a combined value of more than a thousand bucks sitting in a corner of a holding facility in Brisbane for a week , passed the delivery date , and an absolute disregards for the client , that is not notified of their failure to deliver on time . Bad reviews are pilling up , Couriers please do not changed his way to work . Will in the future enquire about who is the courier, and will avoid them at all cost !

Awful company.As with many others, would give zero stars if possible.Delivery tracking is a waste of time, responses from customer service are just nonsense words with no real meaning (and likely from customer service reps with made up names), and after my parcel apparently being in Queensland on 15 December, as of 28 December, it has still not been delivered, nor has there been any indication given as to when it may arrive.Avoid at all costs.*Edited after seeing the company’s reply to state that it is laughable that they claim their high standards of service have not been met, when it is clear that those standards have never been high.

So far, I'm not impressed with this company. I've had parcels delivered miles from my home that I had to retrieve, and parcels left at the letterbox instead of delivered to my door (I was home at the time) I really wish Amazon would choose another company.

Couriers yes please!We are coming back home after a holiday, and as you do, we now have to much stuff. So we boxed it up and took it to Couriers Please. The staff were so helpfull, they arranged the labels even though we were supposed to. They made sure every detail was correct and ensurred safe travel of this packed box. Recommended for all package needs.

Worst delivery company in Australia (and that is not a light statement). I have no option of not choosing them, companies, where I order from, do. Wish they choose any other delivery companies but not Couriers Please. Continuously late, losing parcels and incredibly unhelpful when it comes to problem-solving. Their latest 'sorry we can't locate your parcel' escapade has cost me a good deal of out-of-pocket expense. God awful experience, yet again.Oh, and please spare me the reply about the 'usual high standards', you have 270 reviews on Google with a 1.5 star result (and that's just the people who bother to vent). Clearly, you need to re-check the definition of 'high standards'.

I had a rocky start with this company, but after a few days I did receive my parcel.I would encourage them to check if a customer has given requested info before returning an item to sender, but I am happy that I was able to have the parcel delivered by them, so Thank You guys! My daughter is so happy with the parcel we received!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.Worst courier company to ever exist.I would not recommend as a sender or a recipient.I had parcels delivered to my property, unattended that required a signature. Parcels were damaged and chewed apart but my dogs - I know my dogs chew things that’s why I take extra measures to ensure parcels are delivered to my house with signature if not they would usually be taken to a depot.This courier company ‘apologised for the inconvenience’ and left it at that.Have refused compensation or to come to any form of agreement. Were useless at email responses and answering their phones.Their ‘safe drop’ photo was even a photo of my dog with the parcels.
