I just arrived home from a retreat that Viv catered in Daylesford and the quality of meals that were served by Viv is 10/10. Healthy, fresh produce, full of flavor and loads of variety, and most importantly made with passion. Highly, highly recommend.

Amazing retreat chef. I took Viviana to cook for my meditation retreat and in the many years of running retreats in Australia and abroad, this one one of the most memorable retreat culinary experiences I’ve had. Viv is amazing. Her care, detail and ability to cater for many different individual requirements is above and beyond. Thanks Viv x

We found the quality to Viv’s products truly outstanding. We ordered the Mother’s Day pasta box’s and it was unanimous that it was the best tasting pasta and sauce ... definitely restaurant quality enjoyed at home.Very generous servings as well and the dessert was deliciously perfect.Thank you so much Viviana, highly recommend her offerings. Incredible, wholesome food. As someone who is FODMAP and has a lot of trouble eating out normally, I was worried going on a retreat with all meals catered for 4 days but Viv did the most amazing job to cater to my requirements. She discreetly let me what I could and couldn’t eat, and even made me special dishes where required. Her muesli is so scrumptious, and I’ve never enjoyed vegetarian food this much! So flexible and helpful to people with dietaries - thank you Viv for making me feel so well looked after!!! Very highly recommend!!!

We had Viv as our private chef for lunch for our intimate wedding. Viv was amazing! Viv created a beautiful menu for us that accommodated all of the dietary requirements (including one guest that is celiac). On the day, Viv’s food was amazing, the presentation was superb and everyone was complimenting how great the food was. To top it all off, Viv left our place spotless. I would highly recommend Viv!

The level of attention to Vivs food is outstanding. Everything tastes amazing and her pasta box was so easy to prepare. Restaurant quality in my own home. The portion fed three of us even though it’s designed for two. Great value for money:)
