Queensland International Institute (Qii)
The course coordinator was great but the office itself never responds to email and hard to communicate over the phone. I think the QII needs to have an effective communication and understanding that there people out there struggling with different situations. Overall I would say 4/5 stars for the course and the course coordinator. 2/5 for the college and the place. If there was proper communication and resolutions then I would give a higher rating. Therefore it is 3/5 stars for me.

I have contacted this company numerous times to try and get any progress report on when or if I will be receiving my diploma certificate. All the office can tell me is they have sent someone an email and to wait for a reply. It has been a few months of nothing, noone to talk to. No management or someone higher up I can talk to. So disappointed with this company. I was recommended by a friend but will NOT be recommending this place to anyone!
