The Growth Faculty is absolutely amazing. The quality of speakers and workshops absolutely blows my mind. If you only attended a few of the events you would get heaps of value, but knowing that with a subscription you can attend something almost every week is just brilliant.Businesses should absolutely be getting this for all their current leaders and future potential leaders. A must have leadership tool.

The treatment of Aunty Joy Murphy AO, Wurundjeri Elder and Leader, by The Growth Faculty shows a disgraceful disrespect for both her on a very personal level, and her First Nations peoples whose land you are hosting your event on. Does this appallingly offensive behaviour align with your Corporation's values? Shameful! Is this how you practice leadership"? Contemptible!"

The value of the session and ability to ask questions to help resolve or work through live problems is invaluable. In this past week I have attended Pat Lencioni and Kaihan Krippendorff, the time taken to share insights , answer questions and sharing resources enables me to practice what I have learnt. It is almost like you are in a more intimate meeting than a super meetings with a plethora of people. I thoroughly enjoy the ability to engage with the speakers, I have been a member for three years now and would highly recommend Growth Faculty.
