Coming here is an absolute highlight of my week! When I finally found a ballet class for adults that was on during school hours, I jumped at the chance to try it out! Here I am still dancing, almost 2 years later at age 40, and havn't looked back! The classes are suited for all levels and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Not a class goes by without a laugh! Alice is a great teacher, explains things really well and has gone out of her way to help me, which I'm really grateful for.

EV dance studios has such a warm and welcoming community of lovely people. People from all walks of life and of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. It’s a non judgmental and fun space to be. Alice is a great teacher, and caters for everyone’s abilities.The classes I attend are definitely something I look forward too and are a definite highlight of my week.

Very welcoming environment. Alice is gorgeous, generous and inclusive, a lovely teacher and great communicator. The other students are very friendly and the new studio wonderfully set up. So lovely to return to ballet in such an easy going and fun studio.

I can’t recommend Alice or EV Studios enough! If you have been contemplating trying ballet for the first time or returning to it after your childhood ballet days, then all I can say is DO IT!! Step outside your comfort zone and offer yourself some fun. EV Studios is a safe, supportive and welcoming environment for anybody. Contact Alice, you’ll love it.

EV Dance Studios is such a welcoming, supportive, fun dance school for adults to enjoy ballet and progress their technique! Alice is a wonderful, encouraging teacher who offers a range of class types to suit all levels of abilities and goals. There’s even the opportunity to take RAD examinations! Oh, and there’s a great beginners yoga class, too! I attend a few classes a week and look forward to each one. I highly recommend EV Dance Studios to any adult in Newcastle, NSW, who wants to learn and enjoy ballet. From Karen (56), Wallsend.

EV Dance Studio is a friendly welcoming studio for ballet dancers of all abilities, from beginners, to pointe classes and even exams.Alice is an amazing teacher. Her enthusiasm and her patience are endless. There is always a lot of laughter amongst the hard work.I would thoroughly recommend giving EV Dance Studios ago- you won’t be disappointed.

Ballet has become my favourite part of my week, thanks to Alice. I began these classes as a new Mum needing some me time, having no idea what to expect, and here I am a year later, still dancing and loving it.I love the friends I have met, the community I am now a part of and the regular exercise and social outing. I could not recommend Alice and EV Dance Studios more! Do yourself a favour and DANCE!
