Mr Fothergill’s Seeds & Bulbs

Really happy with my 'Weed Knife'. The hook on one end quickly deals with stubborn weeds even hard stemmed woody ones while the blade on the other end cuts through creepers etc.

Excellent propagation from one packet of Calendular seeds {Pacific Beauty]Filled 2 gardens- 1 measuring 140cms x 670cms other140cms x790cmsplants have flowered over many months.Have had many comments on how spectacular the flowers looks.Could not be more happy with the results.

We bought Mr Fothergills Grow Kits as a Christmas present - Basil, Lavender, Chilli and Coriander. Each kit was $11 each. In February 2021 we commenced the process as per the instructions on the packaging. The results are clear in the photos attached - 25/03/21 and 07/04/21. The Lavender seeds never germinated. The packaging states guaranteed to grow, so I contacted Mr Fothergills who gave instructions how to grow the seed (which I already know thanks to the packaging) and offered to send me a replacement packet of seeds (Lavender). That was 07/04/21 and I gave my postal address. In May (1 month later) and my original Lavender seeds have not germinated and the replacement packet of seeds has still not arrived. It's now 01/07/21 and I still didnt receive the replacement packet of Lavender seed despite re-confirming my postall address. I recommend you dont waste your time or money with Mr Fothergills and their grow kits. Just do your planting in a real garden or vegie patch and with seeds sourced from a more reliable source. There's no point me chasing up Mr Fothergills under its guarantee" because they have our money already and clearly they dont care about me."

Fantastic products. I was especially pleased with the customer service I recieved when asking for advice on my sprouts. I asked a question via Instagram chat on Sunday night and Dana their Horticultural Advisor contacted me on Monday morning with all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

I have been purchasing Mr Fothergill's seeds for sometime now with some success but after relocating to Port Stephens (which is very sandy soil) I was having trouble get my seeds to germinate correctly. After sending an email to Mr Fothergill's asking for advice within 24 hours they responded asking for more details which I supplied them with a couple of photo's & the next day I had a detailed point by point on what action I should take. Since then within no time I can see a marked improvement of there development. Totally recommend this organization for their seeds & excellent customer support.

After two seasons of trying to grow cucamelons and failing to germinate all but 2 seeds, I reached out to Mr. Fothergills. Dana was quick to respond, provided helpful advice and sent through a replacement seed pack for me to try again. The customer service within this company is excellent, highly recommend.

I ordered from them for the first time for a last minute (late) Christmas gift yesterday and everything arrived today in fantastic condition. The customer service was excellent from both Jessica and Clare. I would highly recommend and will order from them again!

I placed an order with Mr Fothergill's for a pocket chainsaw which worked ok I also purchased some of their seeds, I think they are cheaper at Bunnings.I rang the company as the packet of Nemophila penny black actually had NO seeds in the pack. The lady who answered said she would send some more to me but they never arrived unfortunate.

I bought two sachets of sunflower seeds - one double delight and other teddy bear. One of the packet it meant to have 30 seeds but had only 20. The other had only 20 instead of 25 seeds. In that 5 of them were simply chaff. What I don’t understand is, in addition to charging awful lot of money they cheat by not providing what’s stated on the packet. I strongly suggest NOT BUY products from this cheaters.Such cheaters should not even be out there.
