Olivia Estate

Olivia stage stage 1 settlement was due in end of 2018 when we purchased a land in Sept 2017 . Now we are in August 2020 their is no still commitment for settlement in writing . We are expect delays of 3 -6months due to unforeseen condition but not over 2 years .Just like to make broader community aware of developer Marantali long long delays . They are quite good in blaming government authorities but its actually them who is causing delays . They are sitting on our 27k deposit since Sept 2017 and enjoying the interest from other Stage 1 & 2 lot owners . Also bit disappointed with Christian as he can commit dates on phone but can not send it in writing .

Great estate location! A new home built. Near other key estates such as Grandview and Mt A.

Always a great experience nice modern suburbian

With this such a boutique estate and developments around the estate this suburb is going to add so much value to the west Melbourne. Hopefully the proposed projects gets finished within the timeline as we can's wait to build our first home

Houses are poping up with great speed. Soon it will turn into a great estate.

This is my first home so I don’t have any experience. I shared the issue with them and with the developer over the phone even i came to Melbourne allthe way from Adelaide. And they simply said to me can’t help you. Even they don’t have any answer. I bought this land on cheap price thats tye only good thng.

Happy with the development so far. Have been continuously kept updated with stages titelments and the plan of the community.

Delay after delay with the titling. I bought the land to title Q3 2022 now anticipated Q2 2024. Ridiculous
