Shane is awesome! Took my 10x there with an issue (out of warranty) and not only did he resolve it, he adjusted the brakes and several other things that I would never have thought of! Thank you Shane!

I have been researching the 10X for 6 months and found BEXLY Scooters. They hooked me up with a 23Ah version of the 10x I installed the NUTT Hydraulic brake upgrade and also sourced the heavy duty stem clamp. Commuting on this is great.

Firstly, one of the best things I've ever purchased is my 2022 Blackhawk Pro, which I bought only 2 months after buying my first scooter - I love it!But to follow that up is Shane and his team - the face of Bexly. I had a front brake issue, and although I did not buy directly from Shane (nudge, nudge to my place of purchase), he was only too happy to troubleshoot and resolve. To add to a previous review - customer service is not just A1 - it is stellar. These people care about their product and how we value them. Thank you Shane - awesome service!

Very highly recommended... Take a test ride to get a feel for which of the scooters best fits your needs..

I came across Shane on the interwebs via our electric riders group on facebook, contacted him and we met up and I got a go on a demo model, He even gave me word a new model be coming out called the Blackhawk version of the 10X, Its an crazy fast beast. Was able to pick it up soon truck arrived and I was first lucky owner of a Blackhawk in Australia. Shane is a top guy and highly recommended if your on the market for any type of scooter, from small 8X,9X,10X or this new beast Blackhawk!

Just picked up a current model Bexly BlackHawk Pro and all I can say the quality of the scooter is as good if not better than my Dualtron Thunder. Build quality and ride is A1. Customer service is A1 also. If your looking for a quality scooter which is distributed locally I highly recommend you go see Shane at bexly. And no I’m not affiliated with the company in anyway.
