Poolwerx Mermaid Beach
Overcharged for a service call. $50 Charge to install each component in the one call out. These included replacing a filter, screwing on a pressure gauge and connecting a hose for an automatic cleaner. Plus excessive cost of all parts and most I did not need. Have no trust in PoolWorx as they knew it was a rental property. Went to the shop and the lady assistant had no idea or could not help to when or where I could obtain help when asked about the cost and products they sold. Never again!!!
