Quick service + excellent customer focus + great advice + affordable prices = amazing cake! We were on a time constraint, but they got our cake/cup cake toppers printed within 36 hours. When I went to the shop to collect the toppers - which looked AMAZING!! - I had a look around and got a couple of things. I interacted with staff over the phone, by email and in person, and customer service was consistently excellent! Staff were knowledgeable, and gave very helpful advice, without which my cake wouldn't have turned out as good as it did. Sadly, this standard of customer service is very rare these days. Whatever your secret - please hold onto it! Thank you for everything! I'll gladly recommend you to anyone!

A little gem! Great customer service and a huge range of cake and decorating items, a little hidden away and hard to find the first time but well worth visiting. We haven't tried their cake decorating classes yet but I will update when we do.
