I have purchased several items over a number of years. Goods have always been well packaged & arrived promptly.I recently had a warranty claim with a battery charger 2 years into the 5 year warranty period. Autoelec examined the charger, confirmed that it was faulty & replaced it with a new one immediately.Excellent customer service in my book & I will happily deal with the company in the future.

What started out as a successful purchase of an ArkPak plus an AGM battery on 17 January 2019, turned sour when I tried to find out about warranty on the AGM battery that had would not hold more than 11 volts. I lost count of the number of emails that went back and forward, without any satisfaction. I had driven down from Canberra to make the purchase, only 18 months old but could not return due to Covid lockdown in Victoria. Warranty never resolved had to buy another battery elsewhere.

I buy a lot of good on line, for me I like a simple and uncomplicated process, I know what I want, I do my research. The products that these guys sell are competitively priced and I get delivery to my door. The response to my online orders is great; I know delivery is out of their control but is still good, I live in WA & east-west shipping can be problematic. I have not had a problem with any equipment I have bought but I am confident if I had a problem it would be treated with the same efficiency as my original order. Try them out you will not be disappointed!

Have been buying from this store for years on ebay. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied upon opening my packages. In my opinion I the get best service and pricing that one could find on the net, postage is mostly free or very reasonable given the weight of a couple of items I have purchased.
