Colourful Nails

I always go here to get my shellac acrylic nails infilled and I haven't a bad word to say about the place. The ladies are friendly, they always do a clean job and the acrylic is never thick looking like some other places. Really nice, quality work!

Not happy with the service and the way they treated me in the shop I went to change my colour staff members,was so rude manager was yelling and screaming just talking in their own language then the staff came to me she was rude so services are really poor, not happy with services at all they use too be really good but not anymore. The gentlemaneman who did my nails was really good .

Did an awesome full set with great attention to detail. The lady working on my nails was very polite. Staff here are attentive and friendly.Will always come back here and highly recommend to all my friends and family.

From being brilliant to ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE… I have been going to the salon for 2 years, now. Everyone has been amazing, talented, friendly.But my last 2 visits have been just awful.The standard of service depends HIGHLY of who is doing it, EG: depending on the staff same pedicure can take 10 minutes and 30 minutes, because some can cut corners of the process like anything!! So, make sure it’s you lucky day when you visit them.My last visit instead of being a relaxing day ended up leaving me in tears!!Where should I even start- firstly I had some overgrown cuticles and when I mentioned that ( I now wish I didn’t) the lady said “we can't do all that thoroughly as it may cause cuts, see a doctor if you want all removed in a safer way. “ I was amazed as being a lazy me at times, I have done these several times before. Then she did not apply any sort of lubricant and started pushing my nail. When I said that will damage my nail top layer- I was responded by a “silence “ and only when I repeated myself, she just stopped and skipped the whole pushing step!!Then, after several back and forth conversations, she finally agreed to shave my dead skins.What was worst was, during this whole time she was speaking to the other staff, and although I could not understand the language, it was so obvious that it was about me. ( the other staff kept looking at my feet and at me, giggling and rolling eyes).I did tell her that I am not happy with the cuticle removal service and she just shouted( trust me she yelled) “ok ok , I will do again for you after I am finished everything else).At this stage I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I just decided to leave. Even then, when I was visibly upset and leaving, the response was “ok that will be $$..” , no apology, no asking why leaving!!When I paid and was leaving, I could hear them laughing!!Before, I end the review, I want to mention that, Kim - the owner is a wonderful human being and lady. Friendly and professional. I just didn’t have in me anymore at that stage to mention to her what just happened).I really really hope , they pull up there socks and go back being the amazing salon they were. Especially from customer service aspect!!Until then, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! AVOID THIS PLACE and just walk a few steps more to Le Nails next door ( inside the plaza) and they are amazingly friendly and talented.

People shouldn't go there very untidy rude no manners they can't even speak proper English omg, they must be eligible people working there,

Affordable and nice with just some issues.Okay, I love LOVE my new Shellac Acrylic nails. And the price for them is amazing - $40, compared to where I used to go to at the main shops, which were $55-60! They do the same job too.However, just want to point a few things:- The shop was a bit unhygienic. You can tell the items they use on you aren’t very clean or well maintained throughout the day, which I think they should consider more because the business deals with hands primarily and that’s very personal space.- I ended up with a tiny cut on one of my fingers but the staff didn’t acknowledge it or at least offered something to sanitise it, so perhaps that too.- Lastly, I know customer service can be rough at times but I wish there was more than one person that was actually friendly to people.Overall, I’d probably go back for the value but will be prepared with the other points that I have made myself.

I LOVEEE this place-! Me and my best-friend came here and they had amazing prices and colours/designs. I really enjoyed how clean the place was, It looked very well looked after. The nail colours where just like the fake nails colours that you could pick from-! The galaxy nails where GORGEOUS but sadly I choose a nice yellow-! (That I still loved)

Amazing place, great service with an affordable price. Got my SNS just $40 so satisfying
