As a first home buyer it can be very daunting talking to a sales professional about real estate. I spoke with Matt and he is a large part of why I chose to purchase land with Highlands. Our experience with Stockland was very good. A year ago we were waiting for our coffee in the cafe next door to their office and decided to walk in to Stockland while waiting.Matthew walked towards us and asked if we were looking to buy a land and we thought it would be good to get an idea for the future when we decide to do so. Matthew showed us the available lands at that time and explained the process for buying one. We were then very interested in buying a land and wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the information Matthew provided and the fact that he answered all of the questions we had. We ended up putting a deposit on a land and it's now expected to be settled very soon.Through out this time, Matthew was approachable and always made time for any questions we've had.Very glad we walked into the office that day and got Matthew to help us buy our first land to build our dream home.

Beautiful estate to live in. Lots of open spaces, parks with kids play area, bbq and other facilities. Lots of schools and childcare centres. Highlands lake is beautiful with nice and wide walking paths. Great coffe at waterside cafe.

Amazing lakeside Park for walk for jog and wildlife adventure. Love this place

I have just put a deposit on a townhouse and have had a great experience with the salesperson jo and the friendly staff.They were just awesome.Very friendly and patient and have allwayz made us feel very welcome.I would recommend any one thinking of purchasing for the future to first go in and see for you're self.You will be very happy you did.thankyou very much team at StocklandHighland.

Very nice and quite place , BBQ and playground , Very nice lake to walkway .There is coffeehouse as well , nice to spent couple of hours there with your lovely family .

Deeply disappointed in Stockland. There is a block across the road from my house which has an ATROCIOUS amount of rubbish dumped on it (which is a huge issue in this area). It has been deemed a fire hazard by the council, it makes the entire neighbourhood look trash and it is embarrassing to have family and friends over to my new home. Hume council are actively trying to find the owner and Stockland have reportedly just ignored them and been unwilling to assist. It is now looking as though the cost to clean the block will come out of rate payers' pockets, rather than the irresponsible owner being held to any accountability. Stockland make so much money off selling their tiny little blocks to cram in as many people as possible, the least they can do is provide as much assistance as possible, when people treat the place like a tip.
