Con and his team were absolutely fantastic from both a technical an customer service perspective. I had an issue with my NBN connection that was identified by Con as a fault in the line within the unit block. After searching around for someone who could fix my connection issues and having multiple appointments with NBN Co, Con and his team came in and did a great job. They went above and beyond in their attention to detail, laying a new line down the length of the block and making sure the job was neat and tidy. Couldn't recommend more!

I handed in my speaker after confirming that they would be able to assess its issues within a 2-week turnaround.After several weeks I rang only to find that no work had been done on the speaker.The owner assured me that they were waiting on a manual that would be received within the next week. I was told that I would receive a phone call with an update.A month passed with ZERO communication whatsoever from the company. I rang only to find that the manual had not yet been acquired and still ZERO work had been done on the speaker. However the owner assured me we were “at the pointy end of things” and that they should have the speakers issues identified if not resolved shortly.Two whole months passed with no communication or updates from the company. When ringing the owner he was extremely rude over the phone stating that it wasn’t his fault and that he hadn’t spoken to the technician regarding an update on the speaker’s progress.He rang me 2 WEEKS LATER and only to tell me that “the technician has given up”...I was charged $100 for a “consultation fee” and upon picking up the still broken speaker, was given a receipt that had a list of labour tasks performed. The only tasks identified on the sheet were “Disassembling the speaker unit + determining that a manual was necessary for repair”$100 down the drain and 4-5 months later I still have a speaker that is useless.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I do NOT recommend Norlec’s service.

Fantastic service from the very first phone call. The owner is very efficient, reliable and has wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the industry. Would definitely recommend!!

I spoke to a few technicians and got quotes for $350 to install Ethernet access post. Good thing was he was willing to come an hour or so earlier than the rest - so we chose him. Good service but very expensive. Charged $1k
