Absolutely horrid, they have 2 staff members but only one of them can actually do something and the other one cant do anything! The worst waits I’ve ever had and worst customer service!

The post office is owned/run by a guy named David. He has no idea of customer service and is sometimes rude and abrupt. He once accused me of picking up someone else's parcel, basically calling me a thief in front of other customers. Just because I look like someone else evidently.

Last time I posted an envelope from Thirroul to Melbourne it took two weeks. On Monday I sent an envelope EXPRESS POST and I paid about $8 with a guarantee to be delivered in INE DAY. TODAY IS THIRD DAY and it has NOT arrived. Worst service ever. It’s AUSTRALIA POST OFFICE SCAM
