LOVED that everything was made with Aussie ingredients! We loved the damper, the scone, the cream and the jam all made with bush ingredients. Wish we had the recipe! The on site shop has some of the ingredients but not all. Give it a go and spot the wild life while sipping tea too,

15 minutes wait for a scratch made pie. Thin curst so crisp that it help elevate the flavours of the roo stew.

We were the last customers here and they were closing the kitchen but they were kind enough to organize takeaways of everything for us. The food was amazing and no request too difficult for the lovely staff. Views are brilliant!
