31st December 2019.Got a DSi as it’s the last one in stock but paied $45 but totally worth it. Would be recommended for people to buy electronics.6th May 2023.This store is and has been very good after multiple visits to the store throughout the 2020s decade. Prices are inconsistent, but luckily when I come to the store, I know what I'm getting because I find stuff on the webshop prior to the visit.I bought numerous video games and other items, to which I bought a $10 scientific calculator here even though I was looking for a $15 calculator from the webshop on this store.When it comes to selling stuff to cashies, it's okay (just depends on what you give to cashies). Just remember to try to sell stuff on eBay or other e-commerce sites before trading in your items. Maybe try a garage sale too, and if your items are not sold in a garage sale, then come to cashies.A big shout out to Steve for excellent pricing of items being traded in for a cashies, a big shout out to Mitchell (not sure if he still works here) for excellent service, and a big shout out to Karen for great service.Just make sure not to do loans here unless you absolutely have to because interest rates are like 35% onward, which I think the maximum interest rates have been lowered compared to past years thanks to our previous governments.If you cannot afford anything from cashies unless you absolutely need it, don't buy it. But once again, prices are inconsistent and there are many good prices and some expensive prices, like a DS Lite for $120.Overall, I will come back to the store again when I need something from here or want.

I never leave reviews but i just had to because the customer service from Sian was amazing, he was prompt, polite, enthusiastic and generous. All the best to him!

Highly recommend anyone looking for a bargain to visit this place. The online portal makes it so much easier to confirm and purchase a product.I travelled from Cheltenham to Werribee to pick-up an iPad 8 that I purchased online after discussing with Mitchell. Not only he was helpful in providing details about the product but offered a small gesture of discount since it was a long travel to pick-up the item.To top this, the manager Sam whom I contacted because the charger provided was a 5W and takes a long time to charge the iPad has offered to provide a 10W charger - this is 2 weeks after I had purchased the product and clearly shows the excellent customer service & how these folks treat their customers.I will not hesitate to purchase through them again and will surely recommend family & friends to consider these folks!

Went in to speak to someone for advice re a bad purchase from another cash converters store online. Rob was awesome, so helpful and spent some time helping me double checking / testing my item and giving his direction on what to do addressing the other store. So grateful, I'll be back !

Prey on people in hardship at 35% + interest rate, worst experience at Werribee store, they just shaft you over and over again. Sad place

They can't even be bothered sending items online.Why bother having your items available for sale if pick up at store is the only option?

I worked to cashies for 6 Years. Iv seen different ppl come and go. Never thought I had to put stuff into hock.... but covid. Had to redo my loan for 1 month and got told I can can do it online, was hard tbh to work out what to fo. Mitch helped me. But also stayed on the line for 15mins incase I needed extra help. If u need a pleasant guy to sell ur stuff too ill give him my thumps up.
