Incompetent, unprofessional and worst in the area.

I have been with Max Employment Rockhampton for some time and have come to the realization that I have never dealt with a more incompetent group. Every time I attended an appointment I was told to sit at a computer and job search only to be given my next appointment time and sent away with no discussions about employment or training opportunities. Occassionally I would attend a group meeting where the exact same spiel was given each time to give the impression that they wanted to actually help. I strongly recommend to anybody linked to Max Employment or considering going to Max Employment that you don't waste your time.

as an employer max employment did not follow up with an employee causing me to miss out on a wage subsidy. Very unprofessional and incompetent staff in my opinion .

Most of my appointments were just tick and flick. Rude and arrogant staff. Don't expect any help looking for a job from them.

Ehh not great

Incompetent... Unprofessional..rude..never in my life have I met a ruder bunch of staff..as an older woman I find being referred to as coyny rather than by my name or as Mrs Coyne highly offensive ..I lost count of the number of times my payment was suspended due to their incompetence. Received no assistance to find a job..at one point I was told to get a diagnosis of mental illness so I wouldn't have to work..worst job provider ever..
