Thoroughly recommend Habit Day Spa. I treated myself the Mindfulness facial and it was amazing, Morgan my therapist was lovely, made the treatment such a relaxing experience. I will definately be coming back.

My daughter gifted me a voucher for Mothers Day. It was amazing. I felt very welcomed and relaxed. I had a relaxation and facial massage with Lisa. So so good!! I can highly recommend. ❤️

Treated myself and my son's girlfriend to a lovely afternoon foot treatment and back massage at Semaphore Habit Day Spa. Welcoming environment, friendly and caring. Highly recommend you take an hour or two to relax and indulge your senses, then round out the experience with a stroll to the beach to enjoy the ocean views and fresh sea air.
