Never had a bad coffee here

Service for two coffees took ages, and I was the only one there at the time. Coffee was burnt, and so was the milk. Giving two stars because staff were friendly and polite, but I will not be back.

Great little winery off the hustle and bustle of the main swan valley. Easily accessible just off great northern hwy near reid hwy. Beautiful little pond with waterbikes for everyone to use.

Worst coffee place I have visited in a while. The café frappe tasted like ice cream shake and was sweet as. The mocha smelt and tasted burnt. The sausage roll tasted like it’s been sitting there for a while. Not to mention how rude the staff were. Zero people skills! Never going back!

I really wanted to write something awesome about this place because that's how I remembered it almost 4 years ago. But when I went for a visit this morning, we got greeted by the most snobbish manager.I was extremely confused why she was the only person available to talk to because quite frankly she had no people skills. If anything she made me want to turn around and go elsewhere. Her nose was so far up her arse, I couldn't understand why?! The place was dead AF. Bad experiences makes bad coffee, and zero returning customers.

Worst cafe in Swan Valley. One of the other reviewers mentioned the rude manager they had the experience with. My guess it would be the 30 something woman with the brown hair. Coffee is no better than any other cafe in the Valley.

Haven't been to the cafe but we've been avid consumers and advocates of great Fiori coffee for many years. Never had a bad one.Now the marketing folks appear to have taken a whole new direction and I confess we are totally lost. Firstly the peculiar little zip-lock tab snapped off. Eventually got into the pack but the open mouth of the pack is too small for our normal sized doser spoon resulting in coffee beans all over the floor.There are plenty of bean choices but unfortunately we don't recognise any as being similar to the previous ones we loved and the trendy label descriptions don't help us much.After trying several of the new varieties we've just given up and changed brands.Perhaps (we hope) it's just that our local store is only selling the new packaged varieties and we'll be able to find the good old original ones somewhere else.

Fiori Coffee was one of the best coffees locally roasted in WA and then a few years a go their quality reduced dramatically, I'm not sure what happened but these roasters are not what they use to be. Overall quality below the average.

I always look for cafe's that do Fiori as it always fantastic. Do yourself a favour and try it. Delivery at $34 a bag is great value for awesome coffee beans.
