It was very easy to deal with this business. The two trademan who replaced my sliding doors with new were very efficient. Even the customer service lady I initially spoke to was very welcoming and gave the all possible information that I needed to decide on replacing old with new sliding doors.

Very Very disappointing job. Two years ago we used this company for the first sliding door which was a tidy, good job. We then recommended this tradesman to numerous others in this property. Unfortunately our second experience turned out to be messy. Two more sliding doors repaired?? Gaps were left at the end of the track showing the old track sticking out of the side. The owner of this business attended and was down right rude and unprofessional, leaving my wife in tears after the visit. So if you are looking for a neat, detailed job don't be too fussy" as my wife was told. I cannot recommend you use this person after this treatment. Please find said photographs for people to make their own minds up. What disappointed me was your arrogant and down right rude attitude when asked to do the job that was agreed upon in the first place!!"

Contacted these guys who offered free advice over the phone to help out with our sliding stacker door which was catching in the frame. When that didn't resolve the issue Kylie was quick to organise Mick who came out and fixed the door for us which required a new cassette roller. Both Kylie and Mick were very professional, helpful and polite. Would happily recommend them for anyone looking for door servicing.

The sliding door guys fixed our big, heavy timber interior sliding door expertly and efficiently. Very polite and thoughtful guys, and a new track and wheels (replacing 50 year old parts) was soon installed, using parts available in their van, After literally years of trying to adjust and lubricate this door, opening and closing demanded considerable strength, The door now operates with one finger! A wonderful improvement - I'd allocate ten stars if I could. Thank you sliding door guys - delighted!

Stegbar sliding doors rolling very nicely now. Was a bit more difficult job on one set due to wrong roller type by previous repairmen but all good now. Same day quote and repair. Highly recommend.
