Great service!The ladies there made me the most amazing bunch of flowers for my budget and gave me advice on making them last longer. My girlfriend had then for almost 3 weeks when they started dying. The newly painted shop looks great too

Called and ordered a custom wreath with only one days notice and the ladies were happy to help and I was able to do it all over the phone as currently in lockdown! Michelle was lovely and did an amazing job at such short notice for a very reasonable price! Thank you :)

Walked into the shop on Saturday and was looking for a quote for wedding flowers. I was welcomed nicely and said that they don’t do quotes in the shop but to send an email to the address written down on the business card. On Sunday i sent the email. As i haven’t heard back, i decided to ring and enquire if my email was received and how long will it take to get a reply back. The lady who answered the phone was nice at first and said that they decided not to do weddings anymore and that it was decided last week. I mentioned that i came to the shop on Saturday and you couldn’t mentioned it to me then, that i had to call and follow up on my email and that a simple reply saying that you don’t do it anymore would have been nice to know! She suddenly got rude when i said that and said ‘good on you, bye’ and hanged up!

Popped into this delightful florist shop to purchase some flowers for Glengollan Village Retirement. Kay is the owner and runs the shop with her lovely daughter. Went out of their way to help me. Beautiful selection of flowers and arrangements mostly sourced from growers (within australia where possible)

Disappointed with this florist, the bouquets are quite ugly, with a strange inclusion of shiny ribbon all through them and are really overpriced. Every bunch was the same with really odd colour combinations and this awful ribbon woven through.And the cost, the bouquets they sold for $90 dollars were equivalent to the ones I chose at the next florist I went into down the road for $50.I tried very very hard to find something, was in a rush to get to an event straight from work and drive right past this place but in the end I was late as the bunches were just so ugly and I had to go elsewhere.I really think they need to create some different designs because you will either love or hate the entire store all bunches are the same. Maybe some more natural looking bunches would be nice. Store is also really crowded and overwhelming with the amount of flowers over the place, hard to move in there and there was only one other customer at the time.Also need to look at their pricing. Would not buy from here.

Kaye did flowers for our mother’s funeral Thursday 30th March 2023. Absolutely amazing arrangement for coffin. We have used this florist for many years and you will not get fresher flowers anywhere. Thanks Kaye for your friendliness and your quality of workmanship always Linda

Rude!! An extremely poor experience.The woman at the florist kept me waiting for about 10 minutes whilst she spoke loudly on the phone to a friend/family member. When she eventually hung up the phone, she greeted me abruptly and had a very poor demeanour. Maybe she was having a bad morning?I asked for a particular type of flower, she informed me that they were out of season and were impossible to find at this time of year - I later saw that variety of flower at the supermarket!!I was desperate to purchase some flowers so I decided upon a different variety and placed them on the counter. She then rudely asked me how I was going to pay. I didn't have cash, only a card. She then abruptly informed me that the minimum I could spend using a card was $15 for savings and $25 if credit - never heard of those limits before.I understand that businesses need to set these limits because of bank charges etc. I was just about to offer to go to the nearest ATM but she snatched the flowers off me and went to place them back where I took them from and said don't worry
