Service at this shop is top notch

Very bad experience. Bought 5 kgs beef and charged $55 something. Did not find any single good piece of meat honestly. Im a regular customer since 2018 but from today's experience, i will not go there anymore.

The gentleman working there was very friendly and welcoming. Gave me a card and told me I could call in advance to order meats before their butchery closes if necessary.Good range or products. Lots of parking available.

A little bit on the expensive side, however I’ve been buying meat specifically whole goat from them for the last 6 years.They are good at what they sell and how they serve.Hats off guys!!

Unimaginable wait line and the new guy behind the counter was only interested in same nationality customers and served 2 customers who came later than me. Had to call the guy who usually serves and he did it.

They are selling the beef instead of lamb by misrepresenting it. Wallahi im not liar. I have beef allergies and I know whenever I eat beef. Pls I suggest you don’t go there. They’re dodgy people

Purchased 5 kilos of the beef shoulder a couple of months ago and it wasn't of good quality. Today I went there and advised them that I was very disappointed with the meat and I was asked when was it purchased. The staff acknowledged that they had few complaints around that time and the meat wasn't of good quality and apologised. They have the best customer service among the Bangladeshi grocery stores in the Macarthur region. Which they proved today by acknowledging the mistake and appreciated my business. They also sourced products from their suppliers upon my request. Highly recommended!
