Washed On James

A special call-out to Noah & Ryan who prepped our Mazda 6 hatch on Monday 1/5/23 at 1:35pm. As I was waiting in queue I observed their big smiles and how thorough the boys were in prepping cars ahead of me.I was also greet with big smiles and my car was also thoroughly prepped - the best I have ever seen at Washed on James.Well done Noah & Ryan.

Very quick process. Workers prewash your car before you enter the machine. Does a good job.

This car wash is excellent. Car comes out gleaming. Well worth a visit.

One self driven line which drags your car along while in neutral to take you through the steps of the wash.There aren't any no-touch options available.I was happy with the overall wash.There are also roomy vacuum bays on the front.

I was a wash club member and had been for 9 months, a few weeks ago there tyer shine rollers at the end left residue behind. Found straight after while using the vacume service, all of my wheels were marked with residue. Calling over a team member to have a look, said team member informed me that it was from their rollers and that they had not been cleaned this week and were overdue. The team member cleaned off the residue on my wheels to find on one wheel it was scratched underneath. I was asked if it was there from before, saying no my details were taken for a touch up claim.A week later i had not heard anything back, so upon my next was through i followed up, telling me the boss was out and he would be in contact. 3 days later i get an email early saying that the claim was denied and it wasnt their fault. I replied informing him it was and that there man had admitted to having not had the rollers cleaned and were overdue. Taking a few more days i get a respond this morning telling me my membership has been cancelled and a request for my back details for the recent payment to be refunded. They were not admitting fault and i stead of dealing with it the removed me and swept me away.Very disappointing that when it came down to it the owner doesn't care about anything except the Money. Would not recommend them as if something happens they won't fix it.

I signed up for a monthly membership, my car got damaged by the buffing mechanism, the owner never bothered contacting me. Had to write to him, got one response. Didn’t respond my other emails. Refused to provide a copy of the incident report (this was after I had to confront him onsite, as wouldn’t reply to my emails).

We love this place. We are in the wash club with unlimited washes! How good is that! Friendly staff and very quick. Even if there’s four cars ahead of you, it takes just a few short minutes for your turn, unlike other places in town that take over ten minutes per car!

Used a wheel brush on my bonnet and front number plated and left severe swirl marks all over my new car and now requires a full paint correction. Extremely disappointed when I paid for the “best clean” and now have to fork out hundreds to fix my car. Also left water marks all over.

Highly recommend. By far, better service and results than offered by competitors. Very satisfied!

Went in to get car cleaned and was denied service as car was “too dirty”. Said it was a new policy that any cars deemed too dirty won’t get through. Only had a little dirt on the wheels as we live out of town with a gravel driveway. There was only one car behind me and it’s not like there was a huge timeliness issue. Have heard similar complaints from several other friends just out of town that used to go there but now have also been refused as well. It seems like this policy will really cut down on their rural/semi-rural clientele. I used to come at least 1-2 times a month and up until now was happy. I feel like it would have been more reasonable to charge a small premium if they feel it’s too dirty and will take that additional minute or two of time than deny service.
