Always busy,Staff are good and they to assist where possible. Most staff are knowledgeable with respect to their products and offer good advice.Very happy with the service I received although you may need to wait a bit for service given how busy they get.

Good customer service, although item we asked about was missing a major part and the discount offered didn't reflect the missing item, the machine would not work with out it. Have been offered better discounts at other jbhifi's

A quick, easy and painless purchase done on Friday 23rd December. The busiest time of the year and yet I walked in and walked out super happy with my new phone. All questions were answered and wasn't pushed into it. Was able to make my decision and the sales team were very nice. Will definitely be going back for my future electronic purchases. Well done team!

Had a great experience recently at JB hifi Loganholme. A+ customer service from the two Alex's and front counter staff. I had an issue with a defective game console and it was replaced on the spot. Thanks team.

I can't recommend Stephanie and the team at JB Hi Fi highly enough. They took a difficult situation we were having with a manufacturer and gave us the best possible solution. Their customer service is the best. I know where I will be shopping in the future. Thanks again Stephanie.

They have a good range, but staff can be frustrating as they seem to be only trained in a single aspect of the store. 1 knowledgeable person about TVs on a sale day is really not enough. I had a kid with me, waited 20 minutes for assistance along with others and ended up walking out to buy from GG's around the corner.
