I recommended get away from the city is peace quiet be listening to nature get away from noisy neighbours next door anyone like to reading book play music on iPhone use headphones bed a breakfast like own place nice Gardens have coffee in gardens or on veranda bath in sun i forgot your close to Queen Mary falls at Carr’s lookout Great views have lunch a coffee just relaxing

Stayed here for one night in Dec 2022. It was unusually cold for December but there were ample blankets to put on the bed to keep us warm. Not sure if the TV was not working just for the night we were there or if it’s an ongoing issue. No wifi. Initially shocked but then realised this is a good thing. Giving the place 5 stars because it’s a blessing these days to be able to go somewhere where there’s no tv, phone or wifi. Would recommend Roseneath Cottage to people looking for a genuine getaway, free of distractions.Staying here is like going back in time. It’s very clean and the breakfast offering was perfect for what we needed. The fact that this place is “off the grid” could perhaps be better marketed as a unique selling point. Comfortable, spacious house with everything you need for a quiet weekend away from the hustle n bustle of city life.
