This is my favourite caravan servicing place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If I have a problem with my van, they offer suggestions and advice; with costing of options.When my rollout awning was rotting and playing up , they were able to scavenge spare parts and put on a new fabric -- good as new, and saved the cost of replacing it with a new one.Fixed the leaks in the corners; scrappy brakes; but couldn't fix the crappy performance of the van fridge when on 12V power -- but that's a design fault.I recommend them to all my Grey Nomad friends with caravans.

I have used them twice since buying a second hand caravan elsewhere two years ago. They fitted a new awning efficiently at a great price. They have just completed a service" before our next major trip. Again very good service and value. One item was simpler than expected so I was charged less than the quote. Couldn't be happier and I will use them again. EDIT 10 October 2022. My view has not changed in the past 3 years. My caravan developed a relatively minor problem which would have made it unusable as planned next weekend. They fitted me in the morning I rang and all is now fixed despite the job taking several hours. Very pleased with the response to a matter which was urgent to me."

ADP are trust worthy, honest and efficient. We trust them with the work they do. I wouldn't take our caravan anywhere else.

Was trying to get hard to find toilet spare parts. Rang ADP and while they did not have both items , they indicated they could get the second item within 24 - 48 hours.I got the call the next morning ( less than 24 hours) and both parts now available. I had been trying to source one of these parts for 2 weeks from another larger RV store, Well done ADP and thanks. Great customer service and cheaper than some of the on line suppliers.

Great service and care for your property and safety. Worth every penny. Quality work and attitude. You will never hear: “Sorry need to take that back to the chassis manufacturer for the warranty work”. All you hear is yeah we can do that. Fergus is great and patient.

Needed to get a quote for some warranty repair works. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Able to assist. Will definitely be back to get our caravan serviced.

Fergus and Gary, supported by Tammy in the office run a great caravan repair and servicing business. Prices are competitive and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. We had a variety of improvements made to our van and the guys in the factory did an outstanding job. Fergus is very approachable and Gary, with his ample knowledge of all things caravans, makes sure the job is done correctly. I would certainly return for further work if required and recommend ADP Caravan Services to fellow vanners for upgrades, repairs and servicing. Had a new air conditioner supplied and fitted, a leak in the roof from the original factory fitted aircon fixed and the wheel bearings replaced and brakes adjusted. Mitch did an exceptional job on the aircon fit and roof repairs and Chris did a great job on the bearings and brakes. They were both extremely helpful. Thanks to Fergus and the team.

I have tracked down some tricky to get parts from ADP before, they are very knowledgeable and genuinely want to and try to help. Whilst they couldn't help me in this instance I called they sure tried.Recommended business.

Good luck getting anything done ! There are others around that deserve the workEdit after reply. Maybe you and the other company deserved a poor review ! My name wont be on your records because i wouldnt use you . I wouldve thought that in a recession you would be a bit more attentive .
