A repairman came to assess my washing machine and couldn’t fix it. Said he would order the part required for the repair and provide a quote. Left a mess and I have not heard from him again. I have contacted fixallappliances.online at least 3 times and not had a response

Used fixallallappliances to fix a smell coming from my 4 year old washing machine on 4/5/2022.Sam came out and checked over the machine and said he couldn't find anything wrong except a loose bolt which he tightened and charged me $150 to do.He said if there was any further problems he would come back out free of charge and fix it. Used the machine 2 days later and the smell was there again. I now have a faulty machine that's unusable and I'm $150 out of pocket. Numerous telephone calls and emails to fixallappliances have gone unanswered. I've contacted consumer affairs and fixallappliances/Sam is also avoiding there calls. I would not recommend this business at all.
