I had to use Passing Paws this week to say the final goodbye to the light of my life, Chance.Kind, prompt, attentive. Just some of the descriptors for the wonderful team at PP.I'll absolutely recommend them any time.

It is with heartfelt thanks to Passing Paws. We lost two beloved family members within days of each other. Our beautiful ferret Coco from old age and then our beautiful chihuahua Taco passed at home after a car accident. We were completely shattered but the care they displayed when coming to pick him up was so heartening in such a time of shock and grief. Both of them were cremated on the same day and returned to us together. The packages holding their ashes, cremation certificate, paw prints, candles and poems were so beautifully presented and we were absolutely touched beyond words. From the first heartbreaking phone call to them to bringing them home was handled in a professional and caring manner. Words cannot express how grateful and touched we were. A ray of light in a world of darkness for our family. Thank you just is not enough for how they supported us during this process. Thank you Janet for your kind words, patience and guidance on the phone when I could barely speak and thank you Jacqui for your care with handling Taco when you picked him up.We could not recommend Passing Paws highly enough. I wasn't ready to write this review for a little while, not because of anything to do with Passing Paws, simply because the loss of our boy Ollie cut so deep and it took awhile to be able to properly farewell him.We did that 2 weeks ago by scattering his ashes at his favourite swimming spot, surrounded by close friends who had all loved him dearly.It was then that I realised how much I wanted to properly thank Passing Paws for the incredible service then provided us.The initial consultation was so simple, when we knew the time was right the booking was so helpful during such an emotional time, and then the vet who came to the house made the whole process calm, respectful and designed to not only support Ollie, but also our younger dog Gage and of course my husband and I.Once Ollie had peacefully passed away we had time with him to privately say our goodbyes and then were able to have Gage with us seeing Ollie gently being placed in the collection vehicle and taken away.This allowed all of us to move on and Gage to not fret or worry about where Ollie was.Ollie's ashes and clay paw print were carefully hand delivered back to us quickly, so we knew he was safely home, even if we weren't quite ready to scatter his ashes right away.Passing Paws were a sensational support and service which have highly recommended to friends who may be in need of the service in the future.

We said goodbye to our Jessie over the weekend and she was picked up today by a lovely lady who made the process so much easier for us. Before she showed up I honestly didn't know if I'd be able to let our Jessie leave with them but the lady was so kind and put my dad, brother and I at ease immediately. We weren't rushed at all in saying goodbye when she was picked up, it was extremely respectful. I'll be grateful to your team forever for the dignity you showed our girl. Our hearts are broken and we can't wait to get her home, but in the meantime we're confident she's in great hands and will be looked after and treated with love. My husband and myself, are absolutely happy with the service that was provided for our cat Atticus Sparticus, and to Ray who so graciously brought him home, what a lovely caring man. Will in the future use Passing Paws Pet Cremations. And thankyou so much for the prompt service.

Mathew, who was the gentleman here to attend to Samantha and ferry her to the cremation site was extraordinary. Mathew accorded Sammy with utmost respect and compassion. He was very patient and gentle as well as took great pains to ensure utmost comfort to Sammy as she was transferred to the bed for her final journey. Mathew's level of respect and care is greatly appreciated and applauded. Thank you, Mathew. I cannot thank you guys enough. I just lost my baby girl Sophie. (Dog) and they were incredible. So easy and patient, the lady who came to pick her up as she died at home was so loving and gentle she had so much patience and compassion. The bags with the ashes, paw prints etc are incredible was so beautifully presented and brought us all to tears. Made the passing of Soph that little bit easier and my last picture of her was her tucked onto a bed with a blanket. Bless you all.
