Worst service ever they are scammers and will take your money avoid them

Hi shannon here just got my oil n fuel injection done cool as place friendly staff took 10 min spot on company keep going guys !

There is always a very friendly and caring service. The manager is a beautiful lady, she is always attentive and intelligent. Thank you for caring about my car all the time.

Tania was extremely friendly and helpful. I've always been nervous about going to the mechanics, but I never hesitated to give them a ring because I knew Tania would make me feel easy. I also didn't have to wait long to get booked in on an appointment. Both times I was able to be booked in the day after I contacted them. 10/10 would go again if I have any car issue!

Very unreliable and non-professional. Went for oil change on 12/01/2023 and last week just checked engine oil and found a broken dipstick (see attached). Not sure what happened but wondering how they check the engine oil levels with a broken dipstick?I have contacted them but got no response.BE CAREFUL""

My mum took their BF falcon in to have a look at why the transmission wasn’t selecting gear and the car wasn’t starting. Was told it would be a roughly $700 bill to replace the selector cable and 3 hours labour. Luckily I’m a mechanic, had a look and it was a $35 bush and an hour to do at an honest workshop, Ultratune Carlisle. Dirty taste left in my mouth if this is what 10 Minute oil change considers fair trade or good customer service. Happy to see how they explain this,

Came to them seeing they had good reviews to get my stuck window fixed. They got it fixed quickly for a fair price. Within the hour though after getting it back the lock on my driver's door (the same door they took apart to fix the window) would only open from the outside and not the inside. I too understand mistakes happen, took it back and they were very understanding, saying that sometimes they don't check the rest of it afterwards since they were focused on just the window, they fixed it for free. I am very grateful, thank you all at 10 minute oil change for your help, kindness and understanding. Good service.

Absolutely a pleasure to go to warm and friendly people great workmanship very good Price and when you drive away you feel happy and safe
