Maybe staff used to be different, but I am having nothing but positive experience at Poolwerx Middle Park with a young guy called Data. He is super friendly, takes time to explain things clearly and he's just very helpful.

I rang up ready to buy a robotic pool clear. Attendant answered the phone. I was polite, when he said Poolwerx middle park I said hello how are you and all i got back rudely, want do you want I'm busy at the moment (and the tone used was very far from polite). I was totally shocked and quiet offended. So now may I politely say Poolwerx middle park you can go and get STUFFED I will spend my $2500 somewhere else.

Incredibly rude and shameful behaviour by the store person as mentioned and experienced by other reviewers and locals as well. There is no place for such downmarket, disgraceful and unprofessional behaviour in Australia. Avoid these abrasive, rude rip off merchants and give your business to other dozens of better pool places in the area.

Atrocious. On two dealings I have had with them, they have been hard to get answers out of. Rang several times to find out when they were coming out and no one could give an answer. Only discovered at 5pm they had been at 8.30 that morning without the courtesy of letting me know or, at least, leaving a card. They then installed a chlorinator without leaving instructions or a manual, which set off another round of phone calls trying to get them to come back.
