This is the worst massage ever , the staff today was so rude . She is angry and not welcoming , I felt like if I’m doing the massage for free . She is watching YouTube on her phone and telling me I’m busy now come in one hour . I came after one hour and she is still watching YouTube in her place showing very aggressive face.This is not a massage centre but it’s a prison .

Average 1hr full body relaxation massage that focused too much rubbing only my back. Not friendly or grateful for my business. I get regular massages but won’t return here.

Well don’t know how it got 4.4 star reviews. I was after a one hour COMBINED massage, which btw is 79 dollars by cards instead of 65 as is shown on the website. The masseuse didn’t really understand English when I asked specifically to focus on lower body. She spent the ENTIRE first 30 min on my upper body, which was basically pouring oil over my body with no pressure AND technique at all, I didn’t feel anything let alone feeling relaxed. Also it’s was supposed to be a combined message meaning I should have some passive stretches, when she asked me if I want to do the oil on the front of my upper body and I refused, she was like ok now turn over and let’s do the whole thing again, this is where I stopped the whole process, at around 40 min. When I was complaining at the front desk, the receptionist wasn’t patient at all and simply assume that the problem was the masseuse didn’t put enough pressure and told me to come back for a 30 min free session by someone who’s stronger. But that was not the point at all, point is I spent 79 dollars and nobody should expect a message extremely unprofessional. It’s not some ‘average’ experience, it’s a message where you keeping wondering in your head if it’s a good idea to leave now.

I just had a really amazing 1 hour, full body massage and I feel like a new person! My body was super tight, the massage therapist communicated with me the whole way through, gave a very thorough massage and stretch and offered me some tips for avoiding such tight muscles. I will be back!

I have been to so many myotherapists for an ongoing shoulder/neck injury I developed during lockdown. Today I had a massage from Rose at Saabai for temporary relief and walked out feeling better than anywhere else I have been. I genuinely could not believe the quality and knowledge. I didn’t even explain my injury at the start like I would with a myotherapist, she could just feel where the tension was and targeted the spots without prompt. I have already recommended to my friends and will definitely be going here moving forward. Thank you!

I went there on Thursday 29 June at 1:00 pm. Awfull costumer service! The staff was so rude that I couldn’t be bothered to stay. She was playing with her phone while could clearly see I’m at the door trying to get in and I can’t cuz the door is locked. Then after about 15 seconds she reluctantly opened the luck with no eye contact. Still busy with her phone! She didn’t even looked at me when I asked a question!! Answered while still staring at her phone. The only time that she turned to me was when I said this is not a customer service that I expected with so many good reviews!

Traditional Thai massage for an hour, asked for hard pressure however she was much stronger than other masseuses I’d had so we had to tone it down. The massage was really sore at the time but the next day I felt incredible.
