Great service and very knowledgeable staff. There was a stuff up with our delivery and they sorted it. Even paid us back the shipping cost for the inconvenience. Definitely recommend any electrical appliances from JB.

I always check online for stock of what I want, most times Capalaba doesn't have it in stock so I don't go there as much as I did. Mainly music titles. Staff are much more helpful than they were in the past.

They have a sale on at the moment and the staff were very nice and helpful, especially since i was in myself pushed wheelchair but what i saw and heard they were nice and happy to help all whom came into the store.

Staff were knowledgeable in the products they were selling.Staff were friendly.Store was clean and organised.Although I walked out without purchasing anything, I was given the information to make a purchase in the near future.

The store is convenient and easy to access, a little smaller and older than most, but you can generally get everything you're after. Staff are friendly and helpful but will leave you alone to browse if you don't require help. I find this store often has products in stock other stores don't.

Awesome Sales Person 'Dan', efficient, awesome floor staff. I was supposed to get a TV delivered, turns out, no care factor when it didn't show 'it will be ok we can get it to you tomorrow'. Well I can't take time off work, I don't get paid if I don't work. So back and forth, they use 3rd party for deliveries, and the handling of my situation was 'too familiar' and 'too bad' attitude. Not the Managers fault, I fault the lack of systems and checks and balances. Still waiting the next day, no care and concern that would satisfy me because I had a window and the window was missed 'too bad, it will be there in time'. I'm shattered, I love JB normally, I'd been to Good Guys & Harvey Norman and it will be a long time before I go back to JB if ever at all. What a miserable, insulting experience and no offer of anything at the end of the day as well to add insult. I'll just take the hit of 1 1/2 days worth of work. Just not good enough JB

The prices were awesome but the lack of anyone to actually serve you not so good. Won't be returning on a Saturday as the wait was too long. Multiple people just standing and waiting to talk to a staff member; but the service once received was very good and the explanation about the new tv from the man at the back dock very helpful too.

They seem to have more to offer or more interesting stuff than other JB hi fis. The stores are always really quiet and dimly lit which I like so it's not sensory overall. Staff are very friendly.

I have NEVER given a 5 star review. Like ever! But they were absolutely amazing today. Special shout out to Anthony and John. I was extremely anxious about a poor shopping experience at a different store. They put me at ease straight away, helped with a solution to my problem and followed through with the highest degree of professionalism and kindness. Thank you so much.

I don’t like some staff here!! it look like he look down to me.I’m an Asian Guys. come with family to have a look mobile phone but not to make decision immediately yet,and take time to see it, just compare the price to another shop.I came back again and OK make decision to buy here.call one man in this shop he had a little bit beard and moustache.Asked some info about this mobile again.He asked me “how many device do you want?’’four or five device”I’m shock a bit why he ask me like this,Normally people by the phone, How many device per time at least only one device right?He was ridicule, speak sarcastically to me. I don’t like this man service me.
