The worst JB Hi Fi ever that treats everyone walks into the store as a potential thief and checks each bag. The guy who did the check today was arrogant and angry, clearly he hates his job.

Great customer service, Great customer service. Nick was incredibly helpful and solved my problem. Also the security guard is very friendly sand always open for a chat.

The friendly ladies at the counter was extremely helpful.My A50 headset died, lucky I had 1 more month left on the 24 month warranty.I had honestly thought it would be sent away for 4-5 weeks before I get a result like most companies.Was pleasantly surprised they offered either a full refund or replacement of exact product with renewed warranty period.Picked the replacement unit, gone in and out in under 15 min. Great procedure and customer care.

Hard to find Deep inside the World Square complex.Seriously understaffed, best option is The Galeries Store,opposite Town Hall. Ask for Ms. Leilane, the most ProfessionalSalesperson that I've ever encountered in Australia.

They don't respect their working hours. I was turned away 10 minutes before closing despite explaining to the security guard that I knew exactly what I wanted and would just be walking in and out before closing time.This store also receives pre-order shipments later than others. I've had to wait days after release on multiple occasions.I won't be coming here again if I can avoid it.

It's a shop. I would try to avoid paying full price. Apart from that. Yeah it's a space with lots of things for sale, and there are sometimes people around to sell it to you. The people are helpful and more than willing to sell you things

Customer service was good. However a HP charger that I was looking for which was indicted as in stocks on the website was actually out of stock when I went there. Just something they need to improve.
